Danielle was AMAZING to work with. I can't say enough about her customer service. Prior to making a purchase she answered TONS of my questions & never seemed annoyed with them. She encouraged me to find out all that I needed to know & was sure I was educated on the different choices I had before I made a purchase. She was generally friendly as well, not just stuck in business mode. Her website was layed out very well also. It was easy to navigate and I always new what I should click on to find what I wanted. There are also tons of examples of her work in her portfolio and it was easy to find out how I felt about her designs before making a decision. She continued to answer my questions after I made payment as well.
I ADORE the final design on my website. It came out perfect and much better than I thought actually. I wasn't happy with the initial color that was made on the website but she changed it and i was immediately in love. Her matching skills w/color were awesome & she adjusted a template layout that I liked with colors to match my current logo & tastes and it came out awesome. She did it in a super fast amount of time as well. I was really surprised that she was done as quick as she was. I love love love it & I know I will be going back to her for additional things like photo editing, business card design, etc. |

I'm not sure if I ever properly thanked you but I wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with my new site. You really did an amazing job. I hope I haven't been too much of a nuisance to work with. I knew when I was asked to be on the stylebakery site that I needed something professional for customers to come to. You certainly did that for me! I've had so many compliments from people and have had 1 new contact each day this week email me about wholesale, dropship, being featured on their site, etc. I know that the wonderful site you created for me helps to showcase my products and draws customers in. Danielle designed a complete site for us from the ground up. We were using the same shopping cart for almost 5 years and really needed a fresh, new look. Being that Danielle was familiar with our industry she took off with our ideas and designed an easy to use website. Our sales have already increased due to the fact that Danielle did a superb layout, cross referenced products, and makes the shopping experience very fun and easy for our customers.
