Website Hosting
Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of ordering and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due as we still have allocated resources on the server for that account. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received.
If client paid for a year in advance and did not pay the $99 license fee for AlohaShop, and cancels prior to the year expiration, no refunds for unused hosting are given. For clients who have paid the $99 license fee AND a year or six months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed.
Red Peach Solutions reserves the right disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Shopping Cart Software Licenses
Purchase of an AlohaShop or Boutique Cart license grants client a license to use the software on the domain specified when ordering, with a Red Peach Solutions web hosting plan only. You are not granted ownership of such software. Shopping cart licenses are non-refundable. Beyond 1 year shopping cart licenses are non-transferable to a new domain.
Domain Names and SSL Certificates
There are no refunds for domain name registration or SSL certificates because once these items are ordered from the issuing company, they can not be unregistered or the order canceled. There are no exceptions to this.
30-day Satisfaction Policy for AlohaShop and Boutique Cart
If you are not satisfied with AlohaShop or Boutique Cart, contact us within 30 days of the date you signed up and we will refund you the one-time license fee and the first month’s web hosting. Please note there are no refunds for other services provided, for domain name registrations, domain renewals or SSL certificates.
